刚翻到羽生的论文 motion capture技术可以用来为花滑跳跃进行定量分析 想起了苏炳添的论文“我为什么跑的这么快🤓” 在研究自己的过程中突破了极限
Loop是利用旋转动量和离心力起跳的跳跃，与此同时用刀片边缘滑行曲线。栗子：公交车转弯
Flip是右脚脚尖点冰的跳跃，利用运动惯性产生旋转速度以进行跳跃。栗子：公交车停车
Axel跳是唯一向前七条和旋转时向后落冰的跳跃，需要额外多转半圈，引擎是运动员的腿部肌肉。想象一架飞机起飞，启动引擎跑道加速，只有达到一定速度，才能拉上升器起飞。引擎越强，需要跑道的长度越短

This feature of @logseq, YouTube embedded note-taking, and being able to insert a timestamp with a single shortcut key, is a game-changer for me. Sadly @obsdmd doesn't have anything close to this.
