一家公司的文化是它的奖罚机制：什么行为会得到奖励、什么行为会受到惩罚。跟 Facebook 只考虑 impact 不一样，Google 考虑的是 complexity，就是你做的事情复杂度有多高。Google 觉得你能对越复杂的事情负责，你就越应该获得奖励。这没有绝对的对错，因为无论奖罚机制怎么定都有人针对奖励做过度优化，过度到破坏公司价值都要做，因为这样能够获得更多奖励。
